We are seeking a meticulous Executive Assistant / Operations Coordinator to enhance our internal operations and ensure seamless team functionality. This role blends administrative support with operational coordination, making it ideal for an organized and proactive individual who thrives in managing multiple responsibilities, including scheduling, data management, and operational tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate scheduling and manage calendars for internal team members.
- Execute data entry and uphold accurate records in internal dashboards and spreadsheets.
- Oversee inventory management and related operational duties.
- Assist with invoicing, contract follow-up, and other administrative functions.
- Update and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), client profiles, and internal documentation.
- Support daily operations to facilitate smooth workflows across the team.
