The Role
As the Executive Assistant to the Chief Client Officer (CCO), you will provide essential, strategic administrative support within a dynamic, late-stage pre-IPO environment. Acting as the CCO’s main partner, you will be instrumental in managing executive priorities, coordinating complex schedules, and ensuring efficient communication across our rapidly evolving global organization.
This position demands a proactive individual who excels in fast-paced settings and adeptly balances technical administrative skills with a strong sense of "client-first" emotional intelligence. You will be a trusted liaison among the CCO, internal teams, global clients, and external partners, amplifying the CCO’s leadership and overall impact.
