The Human Resources Solutions (HRS) team is seeking an experienced Administrative Staff Analyst M-III to lead initiatives related to Contract Support Services policy for human services contracts. This role involves advising program leadership on the development of temporary contracts to meet operational needs, collaborating with the Finance Office for budget approvals, and overseeing the onboarding of over 300 temporary personnel. Additionally, you will monitor agency funding, produce expenditure reports, and ensure compliance with local laws.
Your responsibilities will also include conducting management planning and programmatic analysis, preparing headcount reports, and coordinating response audits. You will perform quality control reviews, analyze employee compensation data, and ensure accurate civil service statuses and funding allocations. This position requires strong collaboration with various program teams and a commitment to fostering an inclusive workforce.
