In this leadership position, you will oversee the strategic development, organization, and execution of our academic programs. Your responsibilities will extend to enhancing student services on campus, ensuring adherence to conduct regulations, and coordinating engaging social and recreational activities. You will supervise campus organizations, manage admissions, and oversee all non-academic student initiatives, reporting directly to the President of FTC.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategically plan, organize, and direct educational operations, including placement, admissions, and financial functions.
- Ensure the achievement of enrollment, retention, and placement targets.
- Collaborate with the President on enrollment strategies and logistics.
- Supervise administrative, academic, and student services to maintain high service standards.
- Coordinate academic processes with the Regional Dean of Academic Affairs, ensuring compliance with all necessary documentation.
- Drive campus growth and development in student enrollment, learning quality, campus reputation, and financial performance.
- Recruit, train, and mentor key managerial staff.
- Lead and inspire a positive environment among faculty, staff, and students.
- Foster a vibrant educational culture within the campus community.
