The Opportunity
In the role of Executive Director, you will oversee the P&L for a multi-specialty group comprising 70 providers, serving patients across 12 clinics in the Pomona Valley region. Partnering closely with a Regional Clinical Lead, your responsibilities will include driving physician collaboration, spearheading the implementation of advanced AI-powered care delivery technologies, and ensuring operational excellence in all managed care functions.
What You’ll Do
- Act as the operational leader for the Pomona Valley region, collaborating with the Regional Clinical Lead to enhance integrated clinical and administrative performance.
- Facilitate the adoption of the Akido Chart EMR and Scope AI functionalities, enabling physicians and staff to maximize its use in their daily workflows.
- Oversee regional financial reporting and accountability, managing KPIs and monthly scorecards.
- Maintain relationships with contracted health plans and delegated entities, serving as the primary contact for day-to-day operations and issue resolution.
- Ensure compliance of provider operations with health plan requirements and standards, particularly as we transition to risk-based contracting.
- Continuously refine policies, SOPs, and workflows across managed care operations—including Utilization Management, Quality Management, and claims processing.
