About the Role
The Executive Post Producer will spearhead and manage our local post-production teams, with a particular emphasis on enhancing capacity and fostering innovation within our workflows. This position encompasses the comprehensive oversight of post-production processes, including partner identification, timing, budgeting, and the procurement of deliverables across multiple accounts. A robust grasp of creative outputs across diverse mediums is crucial, alongside the capacity to utilize cutting-edge technologies and AI to streamline internal operations while preserving established practices.
The ideal candidate will manifest creative visions into reality while elevating project quality through effective collaboration with internal teams. The Executive Producer is responsible for ensuring that post-production processes are both efficient and impactful, cultivating a motivating environment that empowers team members to thrive.
This role necessitates consistent communication with integrated producers and business affairs managers, providing guidance and support to post producers both in-house and across our network. The Executive Producer will maintain senior-level relationships with agency creatives and client stakeholders. Although local projects will be the primary focus, the EP will collaborate with teams across offices when necessary and will report directly to the Head of Post Production.
The Executive Producer should adeptly resolve challenges in a timely and cost-effective manner while managing multiple projects concurrently. Familiarity with agency dynamics and an understanding of how to engage with alignment teams across the Americas are essential.
