We are searching for an exceptionally organized and skilled Executive Virtual Assistant (EVA) to provide indispensable support to a visionary CEO in overseeing multiple organizations. In this pivotal role, you will enhance the CEO's efficiency by coordinating various projects and delivering top-notch administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for executives and clients wishing to communicate with the CEO.
- Oversee project initiatives on behalf of the CEO.
- Manage and organize appointment schedules and calendars across different companies.
- Plan and organize meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements for the CEO and the team.
- Coordinate logistics for events, including the management of materials.
- Record meeting minutes and maintain accurate documentation across various platforms.
- Optimize the CEO's time by managing correspondence, drafting documents, and making calls as needed.
- Facilitate internal communications and assist with change management processes.
- Create reports, presentations, and briefs for each organization.
- Identify opportunities for more efficient office processes and suggest improvements.
- Review and recommend policy and procedural changes.
- Conduct needs assessments, SWOT analyses, root cause analyses, and develop SMART goals and action plans.
- Undertake additional executive administrative tasks as required.
