Our expansion strategy focuses on three key areas:
International Expansion — Extend Tacto's reach beyond DACH into new geographical territories.
Enterprise Expansion — Transition into the enterprise segment to capture larger market opportunities.
Account Expansion — Drive growth within our current customer base through upselling, cross-selling, and strategic price adjustments.
We are seeking talented individuals for each of these tracks, granting full ownership over their respective expansion initiatives. You will manage a crucial future revenue stream from day one and have the opportunity to build a top-tier team around it.
Your Tasks
Identify Opportunities: Conduct research, assess market size, and validate your expansion strategy. While we have a clear direction, you will determine the most efficient route to revenue in your area and begin implementation.
Hands-On Involvement: Create your own sales pipeline from scratch, manage the sales cycle, and close deals personally. Engage in cold outreach, discovery calls, product demonstrations, and negotiations.
Establish Scalable Processes: Transform initial learnings into comprehensive playbooks that others can follow — this includes pricing strategies, messaging, sales cycles, and objection handling techniques. You will create the playbook, not follow someone else's.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with teams across Product, Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, and Talent to ensure the smooth execution of your expansion strategy.
Scale Successful Initiatives: Once a strategy has proven effective, you will recruit your team and establish a growth engine that can be replicated by others.
