The Team
As part of the Global Procure to Pay Team, we manage Accounts Payable and Expense Compliance for Hitachi Digital and Hitachi Digital Services. Our key responsibilities include validating vendor invoices, processing payments, and auditing employee expenses across global regions such as the Americas, EMEA, and APAC. Our team is globally distributed, allowing us to effectively support various countries. Here, you will collaborate with seasoned finance professionals who bring extensive expertise in the finance sector.
The Role
- Reporting to the Accounts Payable Leader, the Expense Processor will be tasked with approving employee travel and non-travel expenses for global regions, including the Americas, EMEA, and APAC. This role provides an opportunity to work alongside cross-functional teams such as Finance and Controllership.
- The Expense Processor will be knowledgeable about organizational policies regarding employee expenses, ensuring compliance while maintaining a high standard of service.
