Role Overview:
Our team is embedded within the broader 'Services Commercial' division, focusing on the growth and enhancement of PlayStation’s subscription services. We aim to maximize subscriber acquisition and retention, ensuring that our offerings remain compelling and relevant year after year. PlayStation Plus is central to our vision, having experienced remarkable growth since its relaunch in 2022 with a tiered structure.
As part of the 'Experience' team, your mission will be to shape exceptional customer experiences that keep our subscribers informed, engaged, and enthusiastic. This means overseeing what customers see across PlayStation Plus on consoles and the PlayStation App, ensuring they receive the most relevant messages tailored to their preferences. You will be instrumental in enhancing both subscriber and non-subscriber experiences, driving subscription purchases, tier upgrades, and engagement with service benefits. Our approach involves continuous testing and learning, bringing 'moments that matter' to life through innovative merchandising strategies.
As the Manager of Experience Planning & Merchandising, your key responsibility will be to instill organization, structure, and a sense of calm within the team, ensuring effective planning and execution of our merchandising strategies.
