We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Manager (Team Leader) to oversee and guide our employees at Amartha. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure operational efficiency while setting strategic goals for the future. The ideal candidate will provide mentorship to enhance performance, integrating the company’s vision and culture. The ultimate aim is to ensure the profitability of our operations, driving sustainable growth and long-term success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor the performance and target achievements of the marketing/business partner team.
- Conduct market reviews and implement strategies to meet set targets.
- Oversee business processes in terms of SOPs, both administratively and on the ground.
- Manage branch/point portfolios with a focus on quality and quantity.
- Ensure team cohesion and effectively manage internal conflicts based on company regulations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum education of a Diploma.
- At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role.
- Experience leading teams of 5-10 members or more.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Micro Finance as a Manager (preferably in Grameen Financial Institutions).
- Ability to formulate sales and marketing strategies collaboratively to achieve targets.
- Must own a motorcycle and possess a valid SIM C.
- Willingness to be placed throughout the Way Kanan area.
