As a seasoned Contract Manager within TM ROCO, you will be an integral part of the Contract Management department. You will work in close collaboration with the contract management team to ensure adherence to all contractual aspects of the project. Your role as a Contract Manager at TM ROCO is characterized by a diverse range of projects, people, challenges, and issues. You will serve as an advisor, negotiator, decision-maker, and problem-solver all in one. This position requires optimal communication with various services and teams within the TM ROCO organization, as well as effective communication with subcontractors and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft letters and timely warnings.
- Prepare files for compensable incidents in collaboration with cost estimation and planning services.
- Generate quotes in partnership with estimation and planning services.
- Oversee the drafting, evaluation, and negotiation of subcontractor and supplier contracts.
- Monitor compliance with contractual conditions throughout the project duration towards the client.
- Ensure compliance by subcontractors and suppliers; establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and subcontractors by acting as the contact person for contractual issues.
- Maintain systematic and consistent administration of all contract correspondence and documentation.
- Communicate with all stakeholders regarding contract-related information.
- Establish and monitor contractual compliance processes and procedures, identifying issues of non-compliance.
Authorities:
- Report directly to the Head of Contracts.
- Perform tasks independently and communicate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients within established authority.
