In this role, you will have a dedicated service area of 40-50 residential properties, allowing you to focus on delivering excellent service without the need for client acquisition or unpredictable schedules. Key Responsibilities
Conduct a variety of residential home repair and maintenance technician duties across multiple specialties.
Perform carpentry tasks including door installations, trim work, framing, and repairs.
Manage painting and drywall patching projects.
Address plumbing issues involving toilets, faucets, and minor pipe repairs.
Handle electrical tasks such as fixture installations, outlet replacements, and minor wiring.
Install smart home devices to enhance client properties.
Build strong relationships with homeowners, becoming their trusted handyman for ongoing maintenance.
Utilize our app for tracking job progress, tasks, and scheduling.
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on handyman or multi-trade experience required.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
