Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct advanced troubleshooting and maintenance tasks, including break-fix and preventative measures. Responsibilities include analyzing equipment operations to identify issues, disassembling machinery to replace defective components, inspecting parts for faults, adjusting device functionalities, and conducting tests on electrical and mechanical systems.
• Source necessary parts and supplies to facilitate repairs.
• Execute maintenance tasks autonomously, adhering to industry standards.
• Set up and operate various machining tools, such as lathes and grinders, to manufacture and repair components; may involve welding duties.
• Maintain compliance with 5S and housekeeping standards.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives focused on processes, outcomes, and cost savings.
• Update maintenance records and review the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) history.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to control systems, including software and hardware configurations.
• Employ predictive maintenance technologies to gather and analyze equipment performance data.
• Provide mentorship to junior technicians and lead small teams, undertaking advanced training and development tasks.
• Participate in technical self-study and on-the-job training for career advancement.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures, demonstrating situational awareness and identifying unsafe conditions.
