Key Responsibilities
As a Project Manager, you will take charge of:
Overseeing projects from initiation to completion
Strategically planning and scheduling tasks to meet deadlines
Coordinating with subcontractors, site teams, and suppliers
Ensuring projects remain within budgetary constraints
Managing material orders and logistics
Conducting site visits and inspections
Upholding high standards of health & safety
Communicating with clients, consultants, and senior management
Generating progress reports and necessary documentation
Resolving on-site challenges promptly and efficiently
Maintaining quality control at all project stages
Qualifications
Ideal candidates will possess:
Demonstrated experience in construction or trade project management
A full, clean driving licence
A valid Safe Pass certification
A Manual Handling certificate
An EU/EEA passport or valid work authorization in Ireland
Strong leadership and communication abilities
The capacity to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
A solid grasp of site operations and various trades
A proactive problem-solving approach
A keen attention to detail
