- Drafting essential documentation including Program Charters, Plans, Stakeholder Management Plans, Communication Plans, RAID logs, Change Management Plans, and status reports.
- Facilitating workshops to gather input from diverse client stakeholders.
- Reviewing and providing feedback on technical documents.
- Managing the scope, budget, and schedule to ensure timely delivery within budget constraints.
- Handling risk and issue management, along with stakeholder and communication management.
- Addressing escalations and conflicts within the team effectively.
- Monitoring and reporting progress throughout all stages of transformation to meet deadlines and achieve objectives.
- Leading and motivating teams in a multi-vendor, multi-country environment.
- Designing and conducting training sessions as necessary.
- Tracking and managing benefits continuously.
- Ensuring financial management aligns with operational excellence.
- Preparing and securing all required documentation.
