EXPERIENCES Responsible for directing the strategy and execution of experiential marketing initiatives across the Western region of the United States in preparation for the FIFA World Cup 2026™.
WHERE YOU’LL WORK
Leading up to the tournament, this role offers flexibility with a hybrid work model (3 days a week in-office) at any of our locations: Stamford, CT; New York, NY; Los Angeles, CA; Chicago, IL; Atlanta, GA; or Miami, FL. Remote candidates are also welcome to apply.
During the tournament (8-10 weeks from May to July), you will be based in one of the regional headquarters cities:
- Central (Dallas)
- Northeast (New York/New Jersey)
- Southeast (TBD - Miami or Atlanta)
- West (Los Angeles)

THE WORK YOU’LL DO
Octagon is on the lookout for multiple Experiential Directors to act as regional leaders and innovators at the intersection of sports and experiential marketing. In this pivotal role, you will guide one of our regional offices — New York/New Jersey, Atlanta/Miami, Dallas, or Los Angeles — overseeing the planning and execution of multiple high-profile brand activations for our client’s partnership with the FIFA World Cup 2026™.
You will lead a dynamic team dedicated to delivering exceptional fan experiences across 2–3 host cities within your region. This entails comprehensive operational oversight of staffing, travel arrangements, accommodations, meals, scheduling, and on-site logistics to ensure seamless execution of both on- and off-stadium events.
