This role involves managing personal data, executing administrative tasks, and contributing to process enhancements and system testing. Your role in shaping the future:
- Assist in the management of employee personal data by processing and validating data changes;
- Ensure the acquisition and processing of all necessary documentation for personal data alterations;
- Validate and organize required documentation associated with personal data changes;
- Oversee the comprehensive employee lifecycle, from onboarding to termination, ensuring meticulous data and documentation management;
- Timely input and update employee data into the HR System, covering various lifecycle events;
- Prepare, validate, and manage essential HR documents such as contracts, certifications, letters, and amendments;
- Assist in conducting data quality checks, identifying and reporting discrepancies, and addressing data gaps;
- Participate in system testing during HR system upgrades by executing test cases and documenting outcomes;
- Provide constructive feedback and assist in resolving issues identified during testing;
- Respond to employee inquiries via phone or email, particularly regarding HR data and documentation.
