We are seeking a proactive and experienced Facilities Manager to oversee the daily operations and maintenance of our head office located in Surry Hills, Sydney. Reporting directly to the Director of Workplace Experience & Community, you will be responsible for ensuring our workplace is safe, functional, efficient, and a fantastic environment for our employees. You are passionate about designing and maintaining a seamless workspace that delights and inspires our staff. This hands-on position requires excellent organizational skills, a practical mindset, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
As Facilities Manager, you will become an internal advocate for our product, SafetyCulture, utilizing it to streamline operations. Furthermore, you will mentor and provide support to our Workplace Concierge who reports directly to this role.
