Position Overview
We are looking for a dedicated Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to become a vital part of our expanding outpatient team in Central New Jersey. This role includes:
A balanced, full-scope primary care practice
Opportunities to engage in Primary Care, Urgent Care, and Women's Health (no OB/GYN responsibilities)

Schedule & Workload
40 clinical hours per week
Flexible weekday schedules: options for 4x10-hour or 5x8-hour shifts
Saturday rotation: approximately 1 in 6 weeks
Home call approximately 1 in 9 weeks
Outpatient only, with no inpatient or hospital rounding required
Key Responsibilities
Deliver comprehensive primary and urgent care services to patients of all ages
Provide preventive care, manage chronic diseases, and offer women's health services
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of specialists to ensure continuity of care
Maintain precise documentation using dictation (M-Modal) and/or scribe support
Utilize telehealth solutions to address patient needs between visits
Exhibit leadership through integrity, initiative, and a commitment to a patient-first approach
Qualifications
Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
Active New Jersey Medical License, CDS, and DEA
Exceptional bedside and webside manner
Strong technical proficiency and familiarity with EMR systems
Background, reference, and malpractice clearance required
