Your Role:
The Federal Territory Account Manager will play a crucial role in growing our business within Federal Civilian Agencies by nurturing existing relationships and establishing new ones.
Your Opportunity:
- Possess in-depth knowledge of the Federal Civilian Agencies community.
- Enhance and expand the current client base through targeted marketing and direct sales initiatives.
- Have a solid understanding of federal standards, regulations, and mandates applicable to specific agencies.
- Demonstrate a proven track record of success in sales or business development with Federal Civilian Agencies.
- Identify, qualify, and cultivate new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and networking.
- Manage and optimize your sales pipeline while focusing on key accounts and vertical markets for growth.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis as set by the Director of Federal Sales.
- Provide accurate monthly and quarterly sales forecasts.
- Oversee the daily activities of sales personnel assigned to your region, including inside sales representatives and sales engineers.
- Consistently achieve or surpass sales quotas and revenue targets.
- Leverage channel sales resources as necessary within your territory.
- Maintain proficiency in Salesforce (SFDC) or similar CRM software.
- Stay informed of competitive industry trends and market intelligence, relaying insights to executive management.
