Title: Fertigation Technician
Location: Holbrook, AZ
Pay Range: $17.50–$19.75/hour
Job Type: Full-Time | Non-Exempt
Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Training Schedule:
For the first month, this role will adhere to a Monday–Friday schedule (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM) for training purposes before transitioning to the standard Tuesday–Saturday shifts.
Who You Are:
You are an individual who takes ownership of your responsibilities, pays attention to details, and acts proactively—if something appears off, you investigate and rectify it. You are comfortable working independently (including weekends) and recognize that accurate fertigation is crucial for plant health and yield. You enjoy hands-on tasks, remain organized, and ensure systems operate smoothly. You adhere to SOPs, ask questions when necessary, and propose solutions, not just problems. While experience in cannabis cultivation or irrigation is beneficial, a willingness to learn, take initiative, and consistently log data is equally important.
