The Role You’ll Play
We are seeking a passionate Field Account Executive to enhance our merchant network by acquiring and onboarding promising local businesses within the fitness and wellness sector. This dynamic role entails significant fieldwork (70-80% travel) and is ideal for individuals who thrive on customer interaction, relationship building, and representing our brand as a trusted community advocate. As part of a growing team with an evolving strategy, this position presents a unique opportunity to influence the future of our field sales efforts.
What You’ll Do
- Expand our merchant network by actively prospecting, pitching, and closing new business opportunities within your assigned territory.
- Adopt a field-first strategy: engage with prospective merchants daily, participate in local events, and cultivate relationships with community and industry stakeholders.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from outreach to negotiation and closing, utilizing a combination of in-person, phone, email, and virtual communication methods.
- Consistently meet or surpass monthly acquisition goals and pipeline conversion metrics.
