We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Field Executive to bolster our Vodafone Mobility and IoT business segment. This opportunity is perfect for individuals with 1-2 years of B2B sales experience who are enthusiastic about fieldwork, client relations, and business development. The incumbent will be essential in acquiring new clients, fostering robust relationships, and advocating innovative mobility and IoT solutions to various businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enhance business growth for Vodafone Mobility and IoT solutions through field visits, cold calling, and direct client engagement.
- Identify and establish connections with potential B2B clients across multiple sectors, including logistics, manufacturing, retail, and services.
- Generate leads, arrange meetings, and convert prospects into sustained business relationships.
- Analyze client needs and propose tailored IoT and mobility solutions.
- Deliver impactful product presentations and demonstrations to key decision-makers.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure loyalty and satisfaction.
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales objectives while maintaining a healthy sales pipeline.
- Conduct market research to uncover new opportunities, monitor competitor activities, and keep abreast of industry trends.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities and client interactions within CRM systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams (technical, product, and support) to guarantee smooth onboarding and service delivery.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Proven B2B sales experience with a track record of lead generation and closure.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Confidence in conducting cold calls and face-to-face meetings.
- Understanding of technical solutions (IoT/Mobility) and the ability to convey their business value to clients.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently in a field environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset in identifying business opportunities.
- Basic knowledge of telecom, IoT, or mobility solutions is advantageous.
- Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office applications.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in B2B sales, preferably in the telecommunications sector.
