The Team:
The Demand Generation team at Celonis is responsible for driving demand at scale through programmatic campaigns and Account-Based Marketing initiatives. This diverse team includes Field Marketing, Partner Marketing, Marketing Operations & Analytics, Customer Experience, and Digital Marketing, collaborating to create integrated, persona-centric customer journeys that span the entire funnel, transforming our community of customers into our most passionate advocates.
You will become a vital member of the Field Marketing Team for the India region, based in Bengaluru, reporting to the Senior Field Marketing Manager.
The Role:
As a Field Marketing Intern, you will assist in the comprehensive execution of our demand generation strategies. You will contribute to rolling out demand generation programs across the territory and help organize Celonis flagship events. Your responsibilities will include planning, executing, and following up on demand generation activities, supported by preliminary research.
We aim to provide you with hands-on experience and a steep learning curve, granting you a high level of self-responsibility as a valued team member in our Bengaluru office. Therefore, we require a minimum commitment of 6 months for this position.
Your Responsibilities:
- Support the execution of field marketing initiatives as part of the demand generation plan by assisting with the implementation and localization of global persona campaigns and local initiatives. This will contribute to a multi-channel marketing strategy, including events (both digital and physical), account-based marketing, partner marketing (co-sell and thru), email campaigns, third-party partnerships, customer and community marketing, and reference marketing.
- Assist in the localization of marketing assets by reviewing, adapting, or creating copy for campaigns, events, and programs tailored to the region.
- Collaborate closely with the global digital marketing team to support campaign execution through digital channels (email, LinkedIn, etc.) and work in tandem with global programs to adapt the local flavor of campaigns for the region.
