Your Role:
• Lead the enterprise field marketing strategy at Lovable, emphasizing personalized and high-touch programs.
• Design, execute, and refine field events such as intimate dinners, roundtables, roadshows, CXO initiatives, and industry-specific activations.
• Oversee vendor selection, negotiation, procurement, and coordination with financial prudence.
• Create promotional playbooks for events that encompass outbound strategies, sales enablement kits, messaging, and sequences.
• Assist sales teams with pre-event targeting, invitation strategies, and follow-up outreach.
• Develop comprehensive post-event follow-up frameworks, including tailored messaging, lead distribution, feedback collection, and pipeline acceleration strategies.
• Establish metrics for field marketing, linking investments to pipeline growth, velocity, and influenced Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR).
• Implement direct mail campaigns in collaboration with sales, managing targeting, messaging, vendor oversight, and attribution.
• Collaborate on outbound initiatives with sales, focusing on persona-driven approaches, call-to-action frameworks, and feedback loops closely aligned with Product Marketing.
• Act as an essential support to sales leadership, providing insights, market analysis, and tactical plans for activation.
• Work closely with content, branding, communications, and product marketing to ensure narrative and programming consistency.
• Manage event staffing, speaker preparation, executive briefings, and attendee experiences to ensure exceptional outcomes.
• Engage with urgency, creativity, and a spirit of experimentation, rapidly testing and implementing strategies that drive enterprise success.
The Perfect Fit:
• 6+ years of B2B field marketing experience, particularly with direct involvement in enterprise initiatives (preference for backgrounds in startups or high-growth SaaS).
• A demonstrated history of planning and executing 1:1 and 1:few executive events that have positively impacted pipeline outcomes.
