Role Overview
Join Mistral AI as the Field Marketing Manager for the EMEA region, where you will take the lead in crafting and implementing our third-party event strategy. This crucial role entails overseeing our event engagements, including sponsorships, speaking slots, booths, and ancillary events, while also providing support for Mistral's own events. You will work closely with essential partners to develop and execute collaborative field marketing initiatives, alongside executing 1:1 Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns in partnership with the Go-To-Market (GTM) team.
Reporting directly to the Field Marketing Lead for EMEA, your contributions will be pivotal in enhancing our market presence.
Key Responsibilities
Event Planning:
- Create and manage a comprehensive events calendar for EMEA, encompassing industry conferences (including Techarena, VivaTech, and London Tech Week), Mistral-hosted events, and partner initiatives.
Execution:
- Oversee the entire event planning process for third-party conference sponsorships, managing logistics, speaking arrangements, booth setups, side events, and post-event evaluations.
- Develop and implement tailored 1:1 marketing strategies for Mistral's top customer accounts.
Partner Marketing:
- Collaborate on joint marketing efforts with Mistral’s strategic partners, including hyperscalers, technology firms, and global systems integrators (GSI).
Collaboration:
- Coordinate with GTM, communications/PR, and marketing teams to ensure alignment on objectives and priorities.
Analysis:
- Evaluate and report on event effectiveness, focusing on engagement metrics, pipeline development, and brand visibility.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in field marketing, specifically in owned events, conference sponsorships, partner marketing, and ABM.
- Proven experience in startup or high-growth tech environments.
- Solid background in enterprise B2B technology, with an understanding of enterprise sales processes and B2B tech business models.
- Strategic thinker with a knack for problem-solving, capable of converting business requirements into actionable field marketing strategies.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing field marketing initiatives across the EMEA region, with a deep understanding of local cultural and business nuances.
- Strong project management skills with hands-on experience.
