The Role
We are seeking a meticulous Field Operations Associate to join our San Jose, CA team. In this hands-on position, you will be the backbone of our operations—preparing properties, addressing on-site challenges, and ensuring our apartments are always ready for guests.
Your responsibilities will include conducting move-in inspections, troubleshooting WiFi issues, and assembling furniture, all while upholding Blueground’s high standards and delivering an exceptional experience for every guest.
Your Focus Will Include:
- Setting up furniture, lighting, and home appliances, including wall mounting mirrors and artwork according to our furnishing standards.
- Performing repairs as necessary, including carpentry, handyman tasks, and light painting.
- Troubleshooting and repairing issues where feasible, and coordinating with specialized appliance engineers for complex repairs.
- Conducting detailed inspections and creating snag lists for apartments.
- Coordinating with contractors for specialized maintenance tasks, including appliances, plumbing, and electrical work, ensuring effective communication and follow-ups.
- Assisting guests with any maintenance or technical issues related to their stay, ensuring a positive guest experience.
- Delivering missing items to clients, such as glassware, lighting, and small appliances.
