Your role is pivotal in establishing strong partnerships with beauty salons, enabling us to provide an extensive range of treatments for our clients and ensuring an exceptional beauty experience.
We are looking for a dynamic sales professional with a true 'hunter' mentality to expand our market presence in Barcelona. As the heartbeat of our business, you will take ownership of the entire sales cycle, bringing our innovative SaaS management software to every corner of the city.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Street Conquest: Identify and engage potential clients through face-to-face visits and outreach calls. The streets of Barcelona will be your playground.
- Adding Value: Conduct software demonstrations, showcasing how Treatwell can enhance and streamline salon operations.
- 360º Management: Oversee the sales process from initial contact to contract closure, keeping our CRM updated at all times.
- Business Insight: Nurture your client portfolio, consistently seeking growth opportunities and cross-selling potential.
- Consultative Selling: Assess each salon's unique needs and tailor your sales proposals to provide the best solutions.
