About the Role:
- The Field Sales Executive is tasked with identifying, sourcing, and securing both long-term and short-term pest control and prevention business opportunities. The individual will be primarily responsible for achieving new sales productivity, renewals, and collections in alignment with assigned targets.
- The successful candidate will report to the Branch Manager and collaborate effectively with a multi-functional team, engaging with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development (Sales)
- Drive business in accordance with the branch's approved business plan.
- Engage in sales promotion activities within the designated territory.
- Achieve all sales KPIs consistently on a monthly basis.
- Identify prospective customers and follow up on inquiries within specified timeframes.
- Maximize conversion rates of inquiries into confirmed orders.
- Ensure renewals are aligned with company expectations.
- Monitor developments and business opportunities within the assigned territory closely.
- Maintain and regularly update the MPG.
Customer Service
- Ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Foster and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Timely prepare and submit reports to customers.
- Address customer complaints and collaborate with Operations and Back Office to resolve issues effectively.
- Conduct thorough inspections and SRA at client sites.
- Generate quotations for clients using the system.
- Provide feedback on customer satisfaction to the Branch Manager and collect appreciation letters from RBU/CBU customers.
- Set realistic customer expectations regarding pest management services.
- Accurately collect customer information, including email addresses, two contact numbers, and precise addresses with landmarks.
- Schedule visits in accordance with iCABS frequencies to facilitate timely service delivery by service planners.
- Communicate and share detailed cost sheets with operations, including material specifications.
