Join our dynamic team as a Field Sales Representative for Electric Ireland, the premier energy provider in Ireland, renowned for its exceptional service and reliability.
Compensation Package:
€47,000 On-Target Earnings (OTE), including a base salary of €28,000, a vehicle allowance of €5,000 or a company vehicle, and an attractive loyalty bonus of €2,000. Additionally, enjoy an uncapped bonus potential of €12,000 OTE!
Your Responsibilities:
As a Field Sales Representative, you’ll directly contribute to the growth of Electric Ireland's market share by engaging with prospective clients in your designated territory. Capitalizing on our competitive offerings, you will assist customers in reducing their energy expenses during challenging times, thus maximizing sales opportunities.
Key Qualifications:
- Possession of a full clean driver's license.
- A proactive, positive, and competitive attitude.
- Demonstrated resilience and a results-oriented approach.
- Enjoyment of outdoor work in all weather conditions.
- Strong relationship-building skills with a passion for customer engagement.
- Exceptional communication skills with fluency in English and the ability to foster positive customer relationships.
- Professional demeanor with an ability to build trust through effective listening and response to customer cues.
- Flexibility to work from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with potential Saturday shifts to meet sales targets (flexible hours between 09:00 and 21:00).
- Sales experience is a plus, but a strong motivation to achieve targets and earn uncapped commissions is essential.
Desired Experience:
Door-to-door sales experience is advantageous but not mandatory, as comprehensive training will be provided. A proven track record of achieving targets in a sales or similar demanding environment is preferred.
