- Conduct door-to-door outreach to engage with both new and existing customers, radiating professionalism and energy.
- Customize your sales approach to address the specific lawn care needs of each household, recognizing that no two yards are alike.
- Utilize our established sales methodology to convert inquiries into signed contracts.
- Document interactions and monitor your sales performance using our CRM system, ensuring accountability and follow-through.
- Expertly cross-sell and upsell services to enhance customer satisfaction and lawn quality.
What You Bring: A passion for sales and excellent people skills are key—no green thumb required! We're looking for individuals who can make every doorstep a warm lead.
- High school diploma or GED required (people skills are a bonus).
- Sales or customer service experience is beneficial; however, passion and a strong work ethic are even more valuable.
- A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record, as reliability is crucial.
- Exceptional communication skills, whether during casual chats or formal close discussions.
- Effective time management and a self-starter mentality—you thrive without needing constant direction.
- Comfortable using technology and mobile devices to enhance your work.
- Ability to walk, stand, and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds while working outdoors.
