Your Role: Be the face of TruGreen in the community, connecting with potential clients through door-to-door sales. Your goal is to understand their unique lawn care needs and provide tailored solutions that foster trust and satisfaction.
- Engage with customers energetically, turning casual conversations into signed contracts.
- Customize your sales approach to meet the specific lawn care requirements of each household.
- Utilize our established sales methodology to convert inquiries into successful sales.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and track your performance using CRM tools.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling to enhance customer experiences.
What We’re Looking For: You don’t need a green thumb, but a passion for people and a drive to succeed are essential.
- A high school diploma or GED is required; strong interpersonal skills are a must!
- Prior experience in sales or customer service is preferred, but enthusiasm can outweigh experience.
- A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is necessary.
- Excellent communication skills for effective engagement and relationship-building.
- Strong time management skills and a self-motivated approach.
- Familiarity with technology and mobile devices is important for tracking sales.
- Ability to work outdoors and physically manage tasks, including lifting up to 25 pounds.
