Tailor sales messages to address the unique lawn care needs of each household, recognizing that no two yards are the same.
Utilize a proven sales methodology to convert inquiries into signed contracts.
Document interactions and track performance metrics using a CRM to ensure accountability and effective follow-through.
Leverage your expertise to cross-sell and upsell, helping customers enhance their lawn care.
Your Qualifications:
A high school diploma or GED is essential (strong interpersonal skills are highly valued).
Prior experience in sales or customer service is beneficial, but a strong work ethic and passion are even more important.
A valid driver's license with a clean record is required; reliability is key.
Excellent communication skills, whether engaging in small talk or closing deals.
Effective time management and a self-motivated approach are essential.
Comfortable with technology and mobile devices to facilitate your work.
Ability to stand, walk, and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds while working outdoors.
