As a Field Sales Representative, you will be the friendly face in your neighborhood, engaging with homeowners directly and showcasing the benefits of our services. Armed with our effective Sales Playbook, you'll transform casual conversations into lasting relationships.
Your Role:
- Engage with potential and current customers through door-to-door outreach, bringing professionalism and positive energy.
- Provide customized lawn care solutions tailored to the unique needs of each homeowner.
- Utilize proven sales strategies to convert inquiries into sales.
- Track interactions and performance metrics using our CRM system to ensure accountability and follow-through.
- Leverage your expertise to cross-sell and upsell services that enhance our customers' lawns.
What You Bring:
- A high school diploma or GED; strong people skills are a plus.
- Sales or customer service experience is preferred, but a strong work ethic and enthusiasm are key.
- A valid driver’s license with a clean record.
- Excellent communication skills, both in conversation and closing sales.
- Self-motivated with solid time management abilities.
- Comfort with technology and mobile devices.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including walking, standing, and occasionally lifting up to 25 pounds outdoors.
