Your Role – Your Career Launchpad
As a Field Sales Representative (m/f/d) at SumUp, you will take immediate ownership of your success.
This position is heavily commission-based:
You have a base salary and uncapped commissions.
The more effort you put in, the higher your earnings.
Your success directly influences your income and career progression.
You will plan your day independently, manage your own territory, and engage directly with merchants on-site. Every deal counts – and pays off for you!
Your Responsibilities
- Actively reach out to local merchants and identify new opportunities.
- Present our payment solutions in a clear, practical, and persuasive manner.
- Handle objections confidently and close deals effectively.
- Build your own sustainable customer portfolio.
- Collaborate closely with a motivated and supportive sales team.
What You Bring
- Ambition, drive, and a passion for achieving results.
- Enjoyment in direct customer interaction and fieldwork.
- A basic technical understanding and the ability to explain products simply.
- A proactive hands-on mentality.
- Previous sales experience is a plus – but motivation and willingness to learn are key.
