Key Responsibilities:

Utilize proven sales techniques to convert inquiries into signed agreements.
Maintain detailed logs of customer interactions and performance metrics using a CRM system.
Leverage your expertise to cross-sell and upsell services, enhancing customers' lawn care experience.
What You Bring:
A high school diploma or GED is required.
Prior sales or customer service experience is a plus, but a strong passion for success is essential.
A valid driver’s license with a clean record.
Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers.
Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
Comfortable using technology and mobile devices.
Physical ability to walk, stand, and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds while working outdoors.
