In your capacity as the Field Sales Team Lead, you will guide and empower the sales team to foster connections with delivery workers, effectively promoting and driving sales of our innovative e-bike services. Your responsibilities encompass team management, performance optimization, and achieving sales targets while ensuring robust community engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Leadership: Proactively identify and engage potential clients, primarily delivery workers, to introduce and sell our e-bike solutions. Aim for a target of 30 sales in your first month, maintaining an average of 60 sales per month thereafter.
- Onboarding & Training: Deliver in-field training, impart sales techniques, and mentor team members for ongoing development.
- Management & Coaching: Supervise daily team operations, create efficient schedules, coach team members, and enhance sales processes.
- Reporting & Analysis: Produce sales and performance reports, analyze key metrics, and relay insights to your manager.
- Marketing Coordination: Develop briefs for marketing materials and ensure their effective distribution among your team.
Requirements:
- Sales Experience: Demonstrated experience in outside sales or a comparable role.
- Leadership & Team Management: Proven experience in leading teams, goal setting, coaching, and performance management.
- Training & Mentoring Skills: Capability to onboard new hires, refine sales techniques, and provide continuous support.
- Driven & Hardworking: A strong work ethic, goal-oriented mindset, and proactive approach.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and sustain client relationships.
- Persuasive & Assertive: Confidence in product presentation and sales closure.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the delivery sector and e-bike market.
- Work Authorization: Legally authorized to work in the United States.
