The Field Service Representative is essential in delivering exceptional service to our customers. In this role, you will be responsible for performing field measurements in homes prior to cabinet orders, overseeing the installation of cabinets, conducting minor troubleshooting, and ensuring quality through post-installation walks in the Atlanta, Georgia area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately measure all sites and compare actual dimensions against plans to guarantee order precision and effective installation.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with customers.
- Track the progress of building projects at assigned customer locations, ensuring accurate field measurements and timely installation lead times.
- Collaborate with sales representatives and order specialists to address any discrepancies in field measurements.
- Drive performance by mentoring installers and service technicians as required.
- Communicate results of field measurements and job completions with site superintendents.
- Execute minor troubleshooting and complete punch-out tasks.
- Deliver and install parts as necessary, following up on initial installations.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by conducting quality walks and preparing punch lists at job sites using Salesforce.
- Adhere to safety regulations and maintain good housekeeping practices while performing duties.
- Complete tasks punctually as detailed in Salesforce.
- Collaborate closely with the Customer Service Associate, Order Specialist, and Sales Representative on issues that require additional focus.
