As a Field Service Representative at Veolia Environnement, you will play a vital role in ensuring optimal equipment performance through operation, monitoring, and optimization. Your responsibilities will include performing maintenance and calibration tasks, conducting various analytical tests such as turbidity, hardness, chlorine, pH, CO2, O2, SDI, and TOC, while also adhering to site-specific testing protocols. You will manage chemical injection systems, maintain inventory for spare parts, and ensure the availability of necessary chemicals and replacements.
Additionally, you will troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control issues on equipment including valves, air compressors, ejectors, process pumps, blowers, and instrumentation. Your role will involve creating and maintaining site documentation and providing detailed technical summaries of your work to customers. Collaboration with customer management and operations teams is essential to ensure contract compliance with volume and quality specifications.
As the primary on-site technical support, you will provide timely assistance, manage client relationships, and liaise between site operations and the engineering team. You will also be involved in coordinating on-site trades and supporting the installation of water technologies, as well as providing construction and commissioning assistance for ongoing projects. Scheduling and coordinating resources effectively with the client and field operations team is a crucial aspect of your role.
