The Field Service Technician is responsible for providing scheduled and remedial (break-fix) services on Small to Medium UPS, Power Distribution Units, and Battery systems (2-120KVA) serviced by Vertiv. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, co-workers, sales representatives, and other stakeholders. You will primarily support products and services catered to our “Edge” market segment, which includes retail, financial, and municipal clients.
