The Field Service Technician Level II role requires not only proficiency in the responsibilities of a Level 1 installer but also advanced skills, training, certifications, and the ability to lead installation teams effectively. This pivotal position involves expertly configuring and programming a diverse array of devices and management platforms, overseeing system commissioning, and providing comprehensive customer training on basic operations. Your contributions will be essential in ensuring smooth installations and maintaining high customer satisfaction standards.
Key Responsibilities:
· Perform all Level I installer duties diligently, adhering to our thorough documentation to uphold top-tier installation and service standards.
· Exhibit exceptional organizational skills in managing project and service tickets, ensuring effective communication and timely updates aligned with assignments.
· Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of project scopes and service expectations, taking full accountability for assigned tasks, and consistently delivering excellent results.
· Take on leadership responsibilities by delegating tasks within the team’s capabilities, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes growth and productivity.
· Mentor Level 1 installers when leading a team, ensuring high standards and actively seeking their feedback for continuous improvement.
· Maintain regular and effective communication with Project Delivery Coordinators, Project Managers, and customers as necessary, ensuring seamless project execution.
· Showcase expertise in nurse call systems, card access systems, and video surveillance products, contributing to diverse project implementations.
· Pursue ongoing professional development opportunities, focusing on leadership and communication skills to further enhance contributions to the team.
· Conduct Factory Authorized Testing (FAT) of products prior to installation, ensuring all systems meet established standards.
