Your Opportunity:
If you're a proactive problem solver with stellar communication abilities and a commitment to exceptional customer service, we want to hear from you. As a Field Service Engineer, you will independently assist Sakura customers across various technical aspects including installation, training, support, repair, and warranty services. Your primary focus will be on the western part of Denmark, with occasional support in other areas as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive technical support to customers and internal teams.
Oversee, coordinate, and execute the repair and installation of Sakura (demonstration) equipment.
Stay updated with new developments, enhancements, and regulations concerning Sakura products.
Maintain extensive knowledge of all Sakura equipment through regular training at the Sakura Academy.
Handle customer complaints effectively and efficiently.
Meet personal and team targets established at the fiscal year's onset.
Provide timely and accurate reporting via CRM systems.
Contribute to quality assurance initiatives.
Engage in various project teams as needed.
