ABOUT THE JOB
Anduril’s Planning team is on the lookout for an exceptional Field Services Planning Manager to lead our talented group of Field Service Material Planners. This role is crucial in ensuring that critical maintenance materials, spare parts, and consumables are available to maintain asset uptime and operational readiness for our deployed systems. You will be responsible for the material flow throughout the entire value chain, from strategic procurement to timely deployment in maintenance activities.
You will take complete ownership of Field Service and MRO inventory planning and strategy across multiple asset lines and deployments. This includes accurately communicating with Purchasing and Maintenance teams regarding what materials to acquire, store, or deploy at the right time. Your leadership will be vital in forecasting intermittent and critical demand for Field Service and MRO items, managing optimal inventory levels, reducing stockouts, and ensuring that Anduril meets its hardware maintenance requirements through ERP software and associated tools.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead a team responsible for planning, managing, and optimizing Field Service and MRO inventory, ensuring availability of spare parts, consumables, and critical components for maintenance needs.
- Collaborate closely with Field Service, Maintenance, Operations, and Reliability Engineering teams to understand and forecast material requirements.
