Position Overview
As a Field Technician, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Deployment Operations team across partner locations. Your responsibilities will include setting up, diagnosing, and resolving hardware and software issues. You will respond to tickets submitted through our Support Portal, ensuring prompt on-site troubleshooting and resolution. Additionally, you will provide critical feedback on the functionality of hardware and software in the field. Instacart will equip you with all necessary tools and detailed instructions to address on-site challenges.

The Deployment Operations Team takes pride in managing the entire hardware lifecycle—from the moment carts arrive until they are deployed in stores and beyond. We ensure the carts are ready for distribution and provide ongoing support and maintenance, minimizing downtime for our retailers.
