Join A1 Garage Door Service as a Finance Coordinator, where you'll play a pivotal role in facilitating customer financing and funding processes while also supporting accounts receivable activities. Your contribution will ensure that financing agreements are thoroughly completed, submitted accurately, and funded promptly. In instances where financing does not proceed, you will assist in follow-up and collection efforts to safeguard company revenue.

Key Responsibilities
Financing & Funding Support
Process financing documents via lender portals and monitor funding progress.
Engage with lenders to resolve missing documentation or additional requirements.
Collaborate with internal teams to collect necessary paperwork or make corrections.
Keep track of funded and pending agreements to ensure timely processing and resolution.
Accounts Receivable & Collections Support
Assist with accounts receivable activities for agreements that do not receive funding.
Reach out to customers regarding outstanding debts when financing is declined or has expired.
Support collection efforts in a professional and courteous manner.
Monitor aging reports and follow up on overdue accounts.
Administrative & Reporting Support
Update internal systems with accurate funding and payment records.
Assist in generating reports related to funding activities and outstanding balances.
Support audit documentation and internal compliance processes as required.
