Theodo has experienced remarkable growth over the past 15 years, with a team of over 700 Theodoers, primarily Software Engineers passionate about technology and continuous improvement. As we expand, the group has organized into specialized entities by technology (Theodo Apps, Theodo Cloud, Theodo Data & AI) and by industry (Fintech, Govtech, Healthtech, Consumer Products Goods). By 2025, Theodo aims to achieve a revenue of €100M.
Your Responsibilities:
The Ops team is tasked with steering Theodo's growth in the coming years while ensuring its financial health remains robust amid scaling. In this role, you will collaborate closely with various teams at Theodo, particularly the Sales team and project directors.
To achieve this, we apply Lean principles and tools to continuously enhance the primary processes within our finance operations: invoicing, collections, supplier flows, payroll, and management control.
Daily Tasks:
1) Finance Operations:
- Generate monthly financial closes from invoicing to reporting;
- Optimize cash flow by managing client receivables;
- Ensure timely payment of supplier invoices.
2) Operational Build:
- Maintain finance production tools (scripts, databases, dashboards);
- Model production flows to identify potential improvements.
