The Finance Planning & Analysis Specialist will report directly to the Finance Senior Manager, contributing to the business planning cycle encompassing periodic forecasts, operational planning, variance analysis, closing reports, managerial reporting, and special projects.
This role involves assisting the Finance Senior Manager in analyzing incentives forecasting, spending, and pricing strategies.
Your Key Responsibilities:
As part of the Planning & Analysis team, you will prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports while collaborating closely with finance colleagues.
Your primary focus will be on Used Cars, Rent a Car, incentives, and new car pricing analysis, in partnership with the Remarketing, Product, and Incentive teams.
Specifically, you will:
Conduct thorough analysis of sales incentives, providing the Finance Senior Manager with accurate data, reconciliations, and variance analysis, while collaborating closely with the Incentive team to inform management decisions.
Oversee forecasting and closing activities regarding new car pricing, regularly monitoring associated costs and accruals.
Contribute to the Business Plan, Financial Forecast, and Operating Plan, with a keen focus on the Used Cars and Rent a Car sectors, as well as Incentives.
Prepare and submit comprehensive reports to Headquarters (both European and Korean), detailing business planning, forecasts, and monthly results.
Track key performance indicators, identifying trends and elucidating variances against forecasts and budgets.
Assist in the presentation and explanation of monthly results, forecasts, and business plans to the Finance Director and CFO.
Identify opportunities to improve financial performance and drive strategic initiatives.
