Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Financial Assistance Team Leader to oversee our Case Management team located in Sydney and Manila. This hands-on leadership role involves managing daily operations for a team of Collections and Hardship Officers, focusing on both team performance and delivering meaningful outcomes for our customers.
In this position, you will mentor and develop your team while identifying and implementing process enhancements to optimize systems and service delivery. Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders will be essential to create effective solutions for customers facing financial difficulties, ensuring all interactions are conducted with fairness, empathy, and compliance, especially for vulnerable individuals experiencing hardship.
