Role Overview
This role is integral to our global Finance team, overseeing crucial functions such as accounting, controlling, and legal compliance across our expanding portfolio. Reporting directly to the Head of Controlling, you will take full ownership of portfolio performance metrics.
In this dynamic position, you will collaborate closely with our CFO, Director of Accounting and Tax, and the managing directors of our portfolio brands. You will be recognized as the primary resource for all financial inquiries, from revenue analysis to EBITDA evaluations. We expect you to leverage AI tools like Claude and Abacum to enhance your workflow, driving efficiency and focus on impactful tasks.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete P&L for your portfolio, serving as the financial authority for assigned brands, covering revenue to EBITDA.
- Lead the monthly controlling cycle to ensure timely, accurate, and transparent financial reporting.
- Prepare and present monthly and quarterly reports, providing insightful budget-to-actual variance analyses for brand management and leadership.
- Collaborate with cost and profit center managers in formulating annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and reforecasts.
- Facilitate the month-end closing process with the accounting team to guarantee reporting accuracy.
- Utilize AI and automation to optimize routine tasks, including closing comments and ad-hoc reporting.
- Contribute to the ongoing development and enhancement of our FP&A and reporting tools (Abacum, NetSuite).
- Conduct ad hoc financial analyses as required.
